i need to know about the best place to get training for working in a call centre

there are many call center training institues nowadays.
the more popular ones which spring to mind are Hero MindMine, Aptech, NIIT.... it actually depends on your proximity to the institute.
If you do speak passable english, you might as well enroll your resume with as many HR consultants as you can. This way you can simultaneously give interviews while you are getting trained. In case you land up in a job,. you wont need the institute anymore, as the company will train you. After that, all you will have to look at, is your experience.

Well you just have to apply at one. You can find openings on hotjobs.com. I work at one right now and they trained me for 3weeks and once I started taking calls they had the experienced workers help us if we needed anything. So any center you work at will most likely give you paid training.

i think its not good in working in call centres.you may have good communicative english but according to me u move to ur other intresting side
