When John McCain was in the Hanoi Hilton being beaten daily, he named off football players as his accomplices!! Would you have done that? Doubt it, shoogs. He now can't even lift his arms above his shoulders because he was tortured...and you know what? He never told a thing.

When he came back from Vietnam, civilians harassed him and other vets, and do you know what John McCain had to say about that?
"I was over there fighting for their right to do this."

McCain is one scary dude, I believe that his war experience has unhinged him, he is calling for doubling the troops in Iraq. If that's not enough; during the 2000 debates Bush put out all kinds of lies about him and he just backed off, it doesn't make any sense, he makes a lot of noise and never follows through on anything.

I agree, Rice or Guliani should be president (better yet have both of them run on the GOP ticket with Guliani as president I think Rice needs alittle more work on her speaking and publicity before she can go for president) they both saw the horrors of 9-11 and both know what needs to be done to keep the US safe.

Nope, he was one of the Keating Five, who got kickbacks and favors during the savings and loan scandal. And still people tout him as a reformer and someone they can trust!!!!!!!!!!
