link it to an objective which is dear to your heart.

for eg., if you have a gf, she will love you more if you were out of your slouchiness and did more exercise

or just scare yourself into it.... you should know that cardiavascular issues develop if the body is not exercised sufficiently enough... that is true...

so wake up, and get it moving!!!!

..... talking abt ur legs... ;-) .......... cheers

I can give you an ans were to this question.! You are not your problem, not at all. The people or person who give you a place to lay your head, food to eat, some thing wear, and most of all people who give you money when you beg ed them on the street or Else where. I am not saying I do not give people that ask me for things but I first offered him or her a Job and depend of there respond, then I will give them some thing but not money only something to eat, that's it. so if you are been allowed to go and get a job you will change from been LAZINESS trust me..I bet you are still living @ home or you have a stupid female that is keeping you in bandage and they don't know, and you do not know as well because you all call it LOVE. That is more like LUV ins ted of love so snoop out of it and go and do some thing before some thing do you.>>>>.

You have to make the decision not to be lazy...simple as that. Pick one thing you wish you were not lazy about and do it. Period. Nobody can make you and you can quit at any time, but you are the only person that can make it happen. Set up a system to help you do it - reward yourself for getting something accomplished.

Just get up off your rear, turn the t.v. off and start getting stuff done. You will feel so much better to have spent your time constructively that it will become a habit. Also, when the chores are done, go outside and play. Ride a bike, swim some laps, take a class, go to the library. Remember, inactivity breeds inactivity, and action breeds action, so get moving.

it isn't just "laziness" that hold us back from achieving our dreams. be honest with yourself. take charge of your own life, make a habit of beginnig with the end in mind and prioritize. easier said than done but if you put your mind into it and make a commitment, you can achieve alot of things you never thought possible.
