Since you r problem is not specific troubleshooting is difficult.

i would suggest you a thing or 2.

Check out if your hardware is properly connected including the IDE cables of the CD drive.

If you are talking of autorun facility check out whether its switched on....

Check to see if the CD drive in my computer knows there is a CD installed, if yes then it's your software, if no its the CD or Drive hardware problem.

you cant play them on your computer? this can be several things, bad Cd rom, the audio cable is not connected to the motherboard, the cd rom isnt installed properly

you have to turn it on threw internet oppion on the setting
