I have been meaning to ask this question for weeks now. I assumed everything would think it autobiographical, and that I was troubled.
The answer is no, in my humble opinion. I take solace in knowing that it is much more than who I am.

I disagree with Grundoon.
If I help someone or brighten their day I gain 1 point.
If someone craps on me and I shrug it off I gain 1 point.
If someone craps on me and I have a negative reaction I loose points. But that is human nature and I am not too concerned about it.
If I crap on someone I lose major points. But that is human nature, too and forgivable.
If I forgive or appologize to someone today that is 1 point.
If I smile today that is 1 point.
If I die today and I am in the plus column that is good.
If I am alive at the end of the day I gain 1 point. That means I can possibly do something good tomorrow. Perhaps I can forgive someone or mend a fence, unburn a bridge, or even forgive my self. "Where there is life there is hope."
I do not intend to die in the minus column, I find a smile daily, and some days, like today, smiles are a lot more difficult than other days.
However I am not here to take on the pain of the entire world. I can look at one flower at a time or the entire field, but I can only face death one glance at a time. I am only a man.

Cheer up, dear! It's wonderful that life is more than who we are!!! Such possibilities await us. Always think unique thoughts and listen to the universe. Be happy that you are such an important part of it all. Now, go call a friend and invite him/her over for coffee or cocktails. Laugh!

No, because it's not. Life is precisely what we are, no more and no less.
It's not unusual to be a bit down once in a while, particularly when something (a yar, for example) is coming to an end. However, if this mood doesn't lift, say in a week or so, please see your family doctor.

You assume I share a point of view with you. I don't
Life is simple. Ifr I'm alive at days end, I've won.
If I've made life better for those I care about, I get bonus points.
If I've made life better for those I don't care about...no change in score.
If I'm dead, I've lost.
Any questions?
