The Bears started out the season with an awesome defense. They have the easiest schedule in the NFL. In the last three weeks their defense has given up 79 points to teams that have losing records. Their quarterback still makes too many mistakes. But mostly it's because they haven't faced the Saints yet.

We wont do not ignore that their extra effective than the Saints till they play lower back...inspite of the indisputable fact that the Bears do have a danger to win it. the priority is that Rex Grossman is amazingly inconsistent, Lance Briggs wont be there for 10 weeks...Tank Johnson wont be there for as a lot as 8 video games, and all of this in all likelihood wont sit to nicely with the Bears. inspite of the indisputable fact that, this is not merely the lacking gamers, this is those that are there too...the offense merely will not be as strong because it looked very last year. They lost Thomas Jones, is Cedric Benson the guy? this is only a question putting round for the Bears today. The Bears don't have a foul crew, they have a really questionable crew. now to not indicate that if historic previous holds real like this is been (as consistent because the Madden Curse) the great Bowl losers received't do besides as they did contained in the previous year and may want to omit the playoffs altogether. The Saints more desirable their crew the perfect they could (they don't look to be a lot diverse)...Seattle has their in call for human being gamers healthful and nevertheless have some wonderful protection....Dallas has Romo going into his first complete season with great expertise round him....San Fran has a crew, that for the NFC, seems stacking itself with expertise...and then my crew, because you suggested yours, Carolina had a suitable 10 protection even as the offense had the leagues WORST third down conversion percentage, obviously the protection is between the perfect contained in the league nevertheless and the offense were given a kick contained in the ***...why ought to you bounce the gun now and say that the Bears are the perfect crew contained in the NFC? they have a danger to win it, yet so do a good number of communities contained in the NFC...and each person can bounce out from the bottom feeders and win it too.

I would love nothing more than to see the Bears play the Colts in the big game. With Grossman & Manning it would be kinda like watching an SEC game. Peyton is argueably the best quarterback playing today yet he has NEVER carried his team to the big game so who's to say that Grossman can't make it there. I'm a Colts fan. (Manning fan) I like the Giants also. (Manning fan) But I would like nothing more than to see two former SEC rival quarterbacks head off in the pros. Wouldn't THAT be a game?

GO BEARS (NFC)
GO COLTS (AFC)

I give them a great chance. People are dissing Grossman waaay too much. He's not great, but remember history.

They'll get a week off, which is huge.

The Bears won it all with Jim McMahon.

The Ravens won it all with Trent Dilfer.

Great D was the key.

Your qb does not have to be a pro bowler.

Because while they have a very solid defense, their offense is only "good" if Rex decides to show up and have a good game. Otherwise they're "iffy" at best.

I'll be thrilled if they go on to the Super Bowl, but I'm not holding my breath.
