Its ok. Im in the same boat, tho mine is letting up a bit. I just hit 11wks and even if i go out on a windy day and it blows the right way i get yucky feeling. My main times are morning or night but i do get it through out the day. Its just part of pregnancy. It may go away.. or it may not. With my 2nd i had sickness throught out my pregnancy :( But its starting to taper off. I have my bad days.. but i hope things will start to get better for you!

mine was that way too. no vomit just felt ill all day. just keep yourself busy and your mind on other things. Luckily I have a very busy full time job that helped. Otherwise, I always had a icky feeling the first 3mos. Crackers, tums, bread, graham crackers, etc.... whatever makes it better, thats all I could do. Ive heard that ginger works. You can get fresh ginger at a sushi or japanese restaurant or a local supermarket. It comes in a jar. At least this time around you arent barfing your guts up. That Id hate....
Good luck!

I had terrible upset stomach every morning during my pregnancy. I was getting up to go to work at 4:30 am and throwing up before I could leave the house. The only thing that settled my stomach was sipping a glass of milk. I know it sounds gross to go from throwing up stomach acid to a glass of milk, but I sure help the dairy farmers for 9 months!!

Its just how your body is doing this pregnancy. It doesnt mean anything.
Keep food on your stomach.
And take 25ml of vitamin b6 three times a day. It makes all the difference in the world. I was sick all day and night from 9-13 weeks. The b6 cleared it up, but anytime i forgot to take it, or took it late, i'd get sick all over again.
Great stuff.

It's exactly how I was, it's normal. I only suffered about a month of sickness each pregnancy and was good to go the rest of the time.

It is normal, all pregnancies are different, with one of mine I hardly had any symptoms, with the other sick from the day I concieved to the day she was born. Just eat some crackers.

Same thing for me, only threw up once but was sick all day long. The smell of lemonade helped me. And eat small meals and snacks all day.

Every pregnancy is different, just like every baby is different. I found that soda crackers and ginger tea helped keep the nausea away.

It doesn't mean anything. It doesn't mean this pregnancy is more or less healthy than your other ones, or that you are going to have a girl or a boy (ok obviously you will have one or the other)
