Count back 21 weeks. That should just about be the first day of your LMP- the 2nd or 3rd, right? That's where that # comes from.

Pregnancies are medically referenced in weeks, for 40 weeks, beginning on the 1st day of your LMP and ending on your due date.

While it is the most common experience that you get "knocked up" while you're ovulating, which is (again) most commonly 2 weeks into your cycle, that is not always true. Which is why, medically speaking, you're pregnancy begins on the 1st of your LMP, not when the "batter has been mixed." Even if pregnancy was counted starting when batter was mixed, it doesn't mean it didn't take up to 2 days for the batters to come together, and then a few more days for the little thing to impregnate itself into your uterine wall. There's just too many variables.

In the most common of cases for the majority of women, I would have to *guess* that you got pregnant from the sex on the 18th, not the 7th. The odds, depending on the type of protection, vary greatly all over the place. This is the best possible informed guess I can give you though.

Could have been anytime you had sex that month. Most likely it was the 18th, but it could have been the 7th.

The 7th doesnt make sense you guys. Count the days. If her last LMP was the 2nd or 3rd she'd still technically be on her period, or JUST off it by the 7th. And usually you dont ovulate until day 14 (USUALLY, its not a given, but its more likely that it was the 18th and not the 7th).

I'm going threw the same thing. The baby calendars I am signed up on tell me I'll be 23 weeks tomorrow. That would make me 5 months and 3 weeks right? I'm hoping that it is true. The 1st day of my last period was Aug 4th. The one before that, it was after July 4th that I can remember. I think i got it a week later. I have abnormal periods, sometimes I get them 2 times a month. With my daughter I had it for 2 to 3 months while I was pregnant.

if your last period was on the 2nd of august then u would be 21 weeks and 4 days and u concieved on the 16th of august which would make your due date on the 9th of may. If your last period was on the 3rd then u would be 21 weeks and 3 days and you conieved on the 17th of august which would make your due date the 10th of may. Good luck!

You would have conceived on or around August 17th so it would have been the 18th and your due date is May 10th.

According to your pregnancy time (21 weeks) and what you are saying, you conceived on Aug. 18th.
Ovulation occurs in the middle of the period. If you have your period every 28 days, you ovulate on day 14th (that is, from Aug. 2nd, your ovulation was on Aug.16th so you were fertile that week).

Use a calendar; go back 21 weeks and you'll know when you conceived.
