Hate+Stupidity = Stubborn

Stubborn has nothing to do with it. We know from whence we speak! We try to tolerate liberal nonsense. We avoid criticizing your choice of leadership IE. Pelosi, Murtha, Kerry Durbin, Emanuel, Clinton (both), and Kennedy. This is the best you can do? Sorry, I digress!

I believe the difference is that we see the total picture much clearer than do liberals. Many conservatives are over forty, and we see the world as it truly is, not how we would like it to be. We have no delusions that Islam is our friend, or that we will find peace with Iran under Ahmadinejad, or N.Korea under Kim Jong, Il. or Venezuela under Hugo Chavez, or even Russia under Vladimir Putin. We are wary of our enemy and recognize him as such. We don't ignore diplomacy but realize that it can be a detriment, if we rely on it too heavily and don't back it up with military might.

Does any of that describe the average liberal?

Why is anyone stubborn? That is in your opinion a stereotype of a "republican" which is nothing more than a label. Have you never seen stubborn democrats or stubborn 3rd parties? =)

Aren't YOU stubborn at times too?

You have stubborn people in every walk of life, doesnt matter if they are republican or democrat, its their character. Its a shame you have to sterotype and have that kind of closed minded thinking and hate the republicans that much that you dont see what a foolish question you asked.

And why are Democrats so stubborn?
The trouble with both parties is that they are so sure they are right that they stop seeing that the truth is somewhere in between.

The same reason NAZI's were stubborn...they are arrogant.

The USA is the most dangerous nation on the planet...always attacking, bombing...and meddling, yet their own country is a MESS.

Republicans are the worst example of the american people they have hijacked the flag and declared dominion over everything on the planet

LOL......I stand on my convictions and what I know to be right. When I am given irrefutable proof that something is different or not the way I thought, then I readjust my thinking. But I never ever just go along with the mob. That would just show pure ignorance , don't you think?
