A solution of 1 cup white vinegar, a desserspoonful of good quality washing up liquid and three pints of warm water + a sponge and plenty of soft dry cloths. For stubborn marks, squirt a bit of the liquid detergent straight on to the sponge or a washing up scrubbie. As you finish a section, dry it thoroughly with the soft cloth. I wouldn't put bleach anywhere near a plastic surface as it might have the opposite effect and cause yellowing.
