By that I mean:
If I take a lot of calcium chews, drick a lot of milk, and eat lots of calcium-rich foods, will I become taller?

It certainly will help the straight of your bones, however I am not sure on the height issue ... I am afraid that genetics plays the major role, and nutrition might help but has not the determining role.

A Tum a day provides enough calcium for a womans body. Too much calcium can increase the risk of getting kidney stones.

Yes, but only if you haven't reached puberty . girls don't get much taller when they are teenagers. I drank and I drink 1 1/2 litres of milk a day and I stopped getting taller when I was 14!

calcium is good for your bones but to much is not good for you either. not to sure if it will make you grow taller only God knows how tall you will end up being

No, it won't make you grow. You'd need growth hormones for that. If you are drinking a lot of milk, you probably don't need the supplements.
