Sure you can live in the Philippines, if ya got some money,and want to do the paperwork.

if you really want to live in philippines the best thing you can do is marry a filipina its less paper works to do,than to stay there by your own. there government will just give you a lots of papers works to do. it takes a long time before they will approve it.

first you need to deal with the paper works..
you can help people there by other mean, not just by going there unless you really want to have a 1st hand experience of helping people.. you can give funds to legit charities or organizations..
