The most challenging project I've ever taken on, was creating and supervising a drama club which culminated in a Broadway Jr. production of "SchoolHouse Rock". For the most part, the participants found a great deal of satisfaction from the experience. Many of the students who had never been to a theatrical performance , found a camaraderie in the cast and new confidence in themselves. I handpicked a few performers to present a short skit at a local Hispanic society in the hopes that they might someday use the contacts there to fund a college education. I learned too much about myself and the wonderful friends who came to help to get it all here. It comes down to-You can't do it alone.

I took a bottle of nail polish from a store. Carrying around and forgot to pay for it. Parents made me take it back and give it to the manager. Couldn't buy it. I have told many people not to carry things around in a store. I don't carry things around until i am ready to cash out. This was before they had carts in the stores. I am in my 60's now and was 14 when it happened and it still bothers me that I did it.

sounds like you have to write an essay. I can't write it for you because it's a personal question, but in the opening paragraph, explain what the task was, and say somthing like, " i will explain how this event influneced ______" you remaining paragraphs will explain in deatil the task, the proble,s you came across, the battles you over came etc, and how it all turned out.

Well I think following those bullet points would be a good place to start. Try to sound enthusiastic but not too much that it sounds sarcastic.
