I think you've stumbled onto the most difficult "favorite" question to answer! Aslan, for sure. From there, I'd have to say Reepicheep, Lucy, and Susan. With Lucy and Susan, I love that they are equally needed in the battle in "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe" as the boys. Their functions within the world of Narnia are equal to the boys' in value, but different.

I liked the Phoenix who bursts into flames to ignite the fire line around the defending army. He didn't have a speaking part, but not everyone needs one.
If it had to be someone with a speaking part, I'd say, the Centaur.
(only saw the movie TLTW & TW)
