If this tariff is for one day, that is absurd. If the tariff is for 2D/3 N then should be ok around this time of the year. Rates drop only after April and bottom out in July - Aug (off season).
Try other options like the Sun Village, Paradise Beach Village Resort, Nova Goa etc. There is no shortage of hotels in Goa. Some of the hotels include comp pick-up and drop in the above rates.
