I am currently learning Spanish in my high school. At home I speak french but would like to learn more about the language, grammer and stuff. Is it ok to take say Spanish, french, chemistry, and calculus, and maybe english?

Of course it is okay. You will be able to use your language skills as a doctor and may even be able to get more money when you become a doctor because hospitals employ translators. If you can increase your language skills to include medical terminology then you will be at an advantage in the long run.
