Its more common than people think for a guy to lose his erection. Try using a gel that helps to keep your erection by de sensitizing your penis. Believe it or not, Ambesol has the same ingredients as most of these more expensive creams. You might also ask yourself if your partner is someone that really turns you on as the most important sex organ of all.........is your brain!

First, if you are losing your erection or not even achieving one at all. Your partner may have to do a little more work to stimulate you and keep you aroused.

Fore-play isn't just for woman. It is as much for men as it is for the ladies. If she doesn't give you oral or a firm stroke of the penis or even a combination of the two than it is time she starts.

If you masterbate frequently or watch a lot of adult films you may want to cut back. You can desensitize yourself due to your hightened stimulation while watching porn and than your real life sexual experiances are not as exciting.

Also, weight control and diet are a big factor in mens ability to maintain a healthy erection. A little belly hang can effect our erections in many ways.

Now, here is a little something to help you out short term. I don't have science behind this at all but it works. For dinner eat a steak cooked medium with a decent vegetable and all. An hour later you will be ready to go to town. I do know red meat is high in protein, creatine and other goodies that feed the labido.

One more thing, take a multi vitaman. I recommend going to GNC and getting some Mega Man. There is also something called horny goat weed. That is a mens health vitamin that WORKS too.

It can always be good to talk to a physician but remember that they are paid to put you on drugs that you may not need. So be weary of that. Also, alcohol effects your erection as well.

Good luck

Hi,
In most cases, erectile dysfunction is caused by something physical. Sometimes it's caused by psycological problems. The brain plays a key role in triggering the series of physical events that cause an erection, starting with feelings of sexual excitement. You can learn more about this problem and about natural remedies here http://erectiledysfunction.toptips.org. It's an eye opening site!

I have a natural solution to your problem and it is proven by many it is a product called ROYAL JELLY it is a natural supplement you take everyday, I gave it to my husband because he was having trouble keeping an erection as well it had nothing to do with me , he was tired, over worked and Royal Jelly has given him energy through the roof and because it helps to stimulate your hormone levels it makes you very virile , you can read more about it on http://www.beeroyalproducts.com you won't regret it, it truly works the Viagra is dangerous it has been proven to cause a secondary effect of possible blindness, and heart attacks , go natural you won't get sick or die but you will get "hot" and you spouse or partner will be amazed at the change I was and now I am taking it as well , the large bottle lasts 5 months the cost is less than a buck a day...good luck

Let me guess. You look at internet porn and have no trouble keeping it up during that do you?

Lay off the porn for a few weeks (and THAT's actually the easy part). The hard part (forgive the pun) is not thinking about your erection during sex. You need to stay focused on the task at hand. The moment you start worrying about whether or not you're starting to lose your woody, you'll go limp like overcooked pasta.

Male sexual arousal is a complex process that involves the brain, hormones, emotions, nerves, muscles and blood vessels. To solve the erectile dysfunction i suggest to check this natural method https://tr.im/EGtO6 .
Erectile dysfunction can result from a problem with any of these. Likewise, stress and mental health problems can cause or worsen erectile dysfunction. Sometimes a combination of physical and psychological issues causes erectile dysfunction. For instance, a minor physical problem that slows your sexual response may cause anxiety about maintaining an erection. The resulting anxiety can lead to or worsen erectile dysfunction.

The best would be to go see a urologist.
Try not to stress about the situation too much.
The more you stress the more likely it is bound to happen.

If after a full physical examination the situation persists you might consider seeing a psychologist.

Discuss it with your partner, anxiety on your part will cause her anxiety and that can only further add stress to the situation.

hope this information helps.

My boyfriend who is 54 yrs old has started doing the same thing. I have just given up. He asks me if I reached orgasm, and I lie and say yes, but its just to get him off of me so he can whack off. He thinks I like it, but its really a drag.
A lot depends on your age and how often you engage in intercourse. If you had sex 20 minutes ago and are trying to do it again, maybe its not possible. If that is not the case, maybe you need to go to the doctor.
