The side=8

Perimeter-=4*8=32

square of Perimeter=32*32=1024

perimeter squared

area=64 the square of wich is 8
so 8+8+8+8 = 32

so the perimeter is 32 and you want to know the square of 32

Assuming this is for school you should probably know the steps to do this, not just the answer...
if the area is 64 then each side is 8 (8x8=64), then the perimeter is 8x4=32, the perimeter squared 32^2=1024
