Voice over training. Check out your local want ads and see if they have any coaches out there. After that you can audition. But, go with training first.

Yuki the first thing you oughta be doing is make a DEMO TAPE. There are several kinds of voice overs ( I for instance do lots of cartoons voice overs). Depending on your voice and talent you should make a demo with different kinds of voices and text. Send those to productioncompanies that you will find on the internet.
If you are good DO NOT GIVE UP there are lotsa people who would like to do this, so you just gotta have the voice and the talent! But if you are good, go for it. Keep the passion ...Good luck

you should probably start out by taking voice lessons and acting lessons. then you can get an agent and go on interviews and try-outs. good luck! :)

you have to audition for things. look stuff up on the internet. and remeber, rejection is the number one thing an actor has to stand up too.
