.Zyban is great! Zyban is used in the aid to quit smoking, or the withdrawal from nicotine. I used Zyban and it worked wonders for me, Zyban works in about 90 days, I was smoking two packs a day! Zyban saved my life! You can order Zyban online. I purchase Zyban and my other meds online at MedicineRx.NET. You don't even need a prior prescription! Their order process could not be simpler, just select the prescription meds you need, fill in the medical questionnaire, and submit your order. They have US licensed Doctors Write your prescription, then a US Licensed Pharmacy ships out your order via Next Day Fed ex delivery.. I swear you will stop smoking with zyban! Good Luck!

me and my dad both did the hypnosis. he did it 20 years ago and i did it 1 month ago. don't do the group hypno either cuz it is effective for less then 5% of the people there. After I did my hypno session I was given a cd to listen to which i did but the first day i supplimented it as well with a patch i had from a previous attempt. I am taking lobelia pills and was using the commit lozenges when i really had a bad hankering but haven't used them since the 3rd day. all i do now is take 2 lobelia pills a day and pop a eclise mint in my mouth when i get that "taste".
I really think the hypno is what has done it though and not the other things at all. call 1-888-hypno-22 and ask for Dr. Lester I know they do long distence work as well and they have a lifetime support program, if he can't help you he can also suggest someone who can. if you use me as a reference they will also give you a pretty big discount so if you decide to call then tell them Crystal Speeks sent you.

Quitting smoking is hard because, the nicotiene is the main addiction like any drug. It's all about will power. Programs won't really help. If you are truly ready to quit smoking, do it by tapering how much you smoke. EG: if you smoke a pack a day, try to go down to a quater pack a day. Then go onto a half a pack a day. And so on..
Now, the patches out there can make people ill. If your metabolism is up to par, you can try the losenges or gum. But, I highly suggest the tapering method. It's safer.

Hi,
I really empathise with you, I quit my 20 a day habit in a pain-free way this time last year!
No stress, no cravings, no weight gain, no pills, patches or gums.
The program I followed was recommended by a friend and now boasts a 90% success rate and is 100% fully guaranteed - can't say fairer than that
All the best..

Many people have found that including physical activity in their program to quit smoking has added a tremendous benefit to assist in quitting. There are many reasons for this: When people are more active, they gain confidence and like themselves more. They feel more energy, and are more capable of dealing with tension in their lives. With increased activity, the smell of tobacco actually becomes offensive. Whenever you feel the need to smoke after you have decided to quit, get up and move around instead. A brief physical activity can provide you with the lift that you may have received from nicotine

I used the Inhaler. It was the only thing that helped me. You put this cartage that contains nicotine in it and you inhale just as if you were smoking. You have the same hand to mouth actions and you can use them anywhere even in a smoke free restaurant. If you think drinking coffee and smoking a cigarette go to together then you can puff on the inhaler with your morning coffee. If you associate talking on the phone and talking you can use the inhaler.................I kept my empty inhaler long after I was off of the nicotine cartridges because of the hand to mouth motions. I smoked for 32 years. I highly recommend it. You will need a Dr.'s prescription for this.
Whatever you choose I want to wish you all of the luck! I am never sorry that I quitt.

It is the hardest thing I have ever done. I used this herbal stuff called Smoke Away, but I still had withdrawal symptoms .
Drink a lot of water and give yourself mini time-outs when you need them. Will power is going to be your best friend, I also started playing Sudoku to keep my mind off of smoking and my hands busy.
Good Luck!

I quit smoking many years ago by buying a pack of gensing cigarrettes which reeked and were very nasty. Every time I got a craving I lit one of those and it made me naseous right away. My cravings tapered off very quickly and within a few weeks I was able to toss the gensing cigarettes and had the willpower to resist the real ones.
Aversion therapy. If you get sick or feel nasty every time you get the cravings, the cravings will stop.

The following is the way I quit a couple of times which lasted for more than two years:
When I felt the urge, I requested myself to light up 5 minutes later, not light up at that instant. If I did not forget or get busy with something in the next five minutes, I would request an extension from myself. I granted it :)
Viola! Got rid of it!
(Curently, I am non smoker)
