go to weather.com. it will tell you there. you can view travel, boating, ect. weather. they have a lot of options.

in texas, be prepared for anything. i have seen it be 70 degrees outside in the beginning of february or be iced over and freezing. being a month away from that time frame, its too far out to tell what the weather will be doing. i suggest checking just a couple of days before you leave.

well no one can predict that much of a span in Texas...my suggestion is go to www.weatherchannel.com and they can give you up to 10days. That's as far into the future you will get.
