They sure can but sometimes they end up having feeling for the women when it is to late and she has given up.... Then they look like they are in shock. I have had a man come back and try to get me back with them more than once after they cheated and i just said "fine, what ever, if you think the grass is greener on the other side, have at it"

Caring about your women and her feels well that's a whole other subject. As for having your cake and eating it too well probably if your out to hurt someone, but No not if you care, there is always a happy medium. That's what relationship are all about trying to find that "HAPPY MEDIUM"

Men do it all the time but so do women. Not to defend the behavior at all. Its hurtful and inconsiderate. Dont be a jerk. Pick a girl you care about and can respect or leave her alone. Pick a whore who feels the same way you do so there is no attachment. go get a box of little debbies.

It happens all the time but with consequences. If you do not want anything serious then try to find a woman with the same desire, that way you will be on the same page, be able to be open about things and not lie and no one will get hurt. Just make sure feeling don't develop or then you will be in trouble.

Depends whether you have a sense of empathy about hurting others feelings. You know. a concience. If you like being hurt by others why should you care.
