You can not selectively erase, it's all or nothing.

same as a cd/rw right click on the disc and select delete.

If you used Nero to burn your disk start Nero cancel any wizards that may start, go to the recorder menu and erase rewritable disk.

in nero go to the bit that says 'erase writable disc'
