A gallon of acetone might work. From your local hardware store. It would be cheaper to replace the pillow cover probably. I got caught painting my nails as a little boy. Don't feel so bad.

I spilled red nail polish on my brand new cream colored carpet. I used many bottles of nail polish remover until the red was gone, then I had my carpet professionally cleaned to remove the remover residue. You cannot even tell that there was a spill there. Since it is a pillow case, soak with nail polish remover then wash. This may have to be done a few times. Do no dry until all color is removed.

Just buy her a new white pillow cover because I think nail polish remover may damage the fabric.

Spill white nail polish, or nail enamel remover.

Nail Polish - Sponge with polish remover or banana oil. Wash. If stain remains, sponge with denatured alcohol to which a few drops of ammonia have been added. Wash again. Do not use polish remover on acetate or triacetate fabrics...
Ask your mom for help don't go trying to clean it up by yourself you could damage it worse

And whatever you do, do not rub the spot. Use nail polish remover on a piece of cotton and press down gently.
If you rub the color will spread even further.

Good luck.

I would use not too much nail polish but enough to get it off, i think if you use too much it will ruin the pillow.
