Try anywho.com. Do a 'reverse lookup' and plug in the telephone number. Keep in mind this will not be able to tell you who it is if its a cell phone number.

If it's a listed landline, try:
www.theultimates.com which has a couple of options for search by number or
www.switchboard.com
and click on search by number

Using www.whitepages.ca(i dont know if there is a .com version, i'm in canada). at the top there are tabs, one of them is a "reverse phone" directory. You input the phone number, and it will tell you where the phone number is. Hope this helps
