If I never have O pains on my left side, does that mean that I am not Ovulating on my left side?

no.

that just means you are not having pain during ovulation on that left side.

It could be - have you tried using an ovulation test kit around the time you should be ovulating on that side? I have the same prob and it was diagnosed that way - one of my ovaries is 'asleep' apparantly - you may have the same thing, I dont know how common it is. I hope that helps, best wishes.

No hun, it doesn't. Usually when you are ovulating, both eggs drop. It would be hard too tell if your left ovary wasn't dropping like it's suppose too, but if you are concerned you can always go to the dr and tell them you think something may be wrong, and they can tell you for sure! No, pain is totally irrelevant. If you want to know how you ovulate there are blood tests you must take (progesterone), specific urine tests, ultrasounds, and a scan of your ovaries and the passages from your ovaries to the uterus.
