Right, i have a 2GB iPod nano. Evertime i connect the iPod it says (do not disconnect) for ages, and i leve it and it just does not stop, so i have to eject it using iTunes. I cant do anything with it if it does not stop saying this message. What can i do ? Please Help Me!

It's SUPPOSED to say that... it says that while it on iTunes so you can update and add songs... your SUPPOSED to eject it from iTunes when you done updating... wow read your user manual and you'd know this...

Apple designed it to work with iTunes and iTunes only. That's why you have to eject it. There is no way to make that screen go away, but there is nothing wrong with you iPod, i have the same one and that screen is suposed to be there. It just means that your iPod is communicating with the computer. Just sync your music onto your iPod and when your done hit the eject botton.

There is a little Arrow next to the iPod on iTunes. Click that and it will eject it safely!

I have this problem at times. Sometimes it can be solved just by restarting your computer then trying again. http://forums.ilounge.com/ is very helpful if that doesn't work.
** To the person above, I believe he/she means that the iPod wont update even when it claims that it's doing so.

u download itunes and connect the ipod to the computer
then enter one of your favorite cd's and it is going to follow u through
