Could be a type of bracket fungus. It's living on some dead plant material underground, like a dead tree root. Get rid of the dead organic material and the fungus will go with it. Or you can just let it alone and it will soon decompose all of the root and then die out for lack of food. It's not a danger, just maybe unsightly.

This is a normal fungi and bug which attacks garden. They are very likely to grow in humid weather. If there is no much of them, just clean them off. Unless if ti too many, then use pesticides for instant effect. However, if your plants are fruit plants then don't use pesticides, just remove the affected leafs.

What you have is a dog stinkhorn (Mutinus cantinus) it is a type of mushroom. The reeking smell is to attract flies in order for pollination to occur.These are found on dead rotting material. They are not poisonous and are considered a delicacy in China.

If it is growing on the blades of grass, it could be a rust. It is is growing in your mulch beds, this could be whats called dog vomit fungus.

I've been all different types of fungas.The prettiest I've been was a purple and red one
