in gold, silver and crystal, fish at night with any rod in cerulean city, cherrygrove city, cianwood city, cinnabar island, olivine city, rt 19, 20, 21, 34, 40, and 41.

All I can remember is that Bagon evolves around Lv.30 and Shellgon evolves around Lv. 50, Wailmer evolves evolves at either Lv. 30 or Lv.40,Lombre can evolve with a WATER or LEAF STONE, Abra evolves at Lv.15 or 16, Kadabra must be traded to evolve, Magikarp evolves into Gyrados at Lv. 20, and that kingdra must be holding a DRAGON SCALE and be traded to evolve (The all capital lettered words are names of items).

Well, I don't quite remember the levels, but I do remember that for Kadabra to evolve into Alakazam, for Seadra to evolve into Kingdra, and for Machoke to evolve into Machamp, you have to trade them with a friend (at least that's how it was in the Gold/Silver/Crystal games), I don't know what it is for Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald.
