She wants you all to herself. If my husband was going to concerts with his friends, I'd probably start a fight too. Golf is ok.

Because she is a spoiled little brat.
I let mine know that I would be happy to help on MY schedule
which is not necessarily hers.
This whole thing is a control method. It must have worked somewhere along the linbe or she would not be pulling this now.
Are you selfish for not wanting to stay home and do housework? Yes you are. Is there something wrong with that? Not really.
You have plans and a tee time. The floors can be done anytime. Maybe you should do them when she has something to do.
You should ask her to make a list of the things she would like you to accomplish in the next couple days and then leave you alone to schedule it. There is nothing wrong with helping out, the problem is who's agenda and schedule. It never ceases to amaze me how this same maneuver is played out over and over in homes around the world.
Here's another suggestion. Tell her it is also selfish to say not tonight when you ask for a little sumpin sumpin. She should drop what she had planned and help out too. Oh I forgot Thats not on her agenda.

she is jealous! you are spending fun time with your friends and not inviting her! You two should go golfing together and to a concert, why cant your friends bring there girlfriends or wives? You should watch "The Break up" the couple in this movie even though they are broke up and whatever they do things together...thats what women want. She doesnt want you to think that you can only have fun with your friends, she wants you to have a good time with her also. Maybe when she picked this fight with you, you couldve said well why dont you come along and then we can do the house cleaning together later. Be the bigger man and dont be embarrassed to invite the love of your life out with you!

How much time do you two spend together compared to the time you spend with your friends? Does she have friends she goes out with? If she's feeling lonely and left out she may be doing it in hopes that it will put a damper on your good time while she's at home cleaning and taking care of the responsibilites, I know I do it to my husband sometimes without even thining about it til I've said something stupid.

Sounds like most of the people have hit it on the head no doubt. If my husband was constantly going out and doing things with his friends without inviting me then I would get upset as well. It is jealousy per say, but it would probably be that she is upset that you haven't included her. My question to you is do you have any children? If you do, then maybe she gets upset at the fact of having them by herself while you are out having your fun and you may not be giving her time to go and spend time by herself. Even if you don't have kids that may be the case. Do you make her ask you where she can go and with whom but don't do the same thing? Just curious. Maybe you should look at it from both sides of the road.

It's Bcuz she is "lashing out" at you for not taking her out places, OR, she is jealous and insecure!
Talk to your lady and make plans with her for nice dinners and dates! She is feeling left out of your life! Don't you both go out often? IF NOT, then there's your problem right there, BUD!
Share equal time with your Wife and your friends! But, show your Wife more attention! Is that so hard to see? Keep telling her also that you LOVE her!
Look at the situation!

She's jelous. Go do your thing. Then one day (very soon- don't put it off!) wake her up with breakfast, hand her car keys, $100 and give her a kiss on the cheek. Say "see you later". Works everythime. Kill her with kindness. Tell her you want to give her a day off. Take care of things around the house on that day so she doesn't feel burdened when she walks through the door. May need to repeat twice.

It sounds to me as if she is being somewhat immature and selfish. I assume for the most part you spend your time with her. She is trying to control you and is jealous of any amount of time you don't spend with her. She needs to grow up! I don't mean to sound harsh but that is what it seems like to me. She is trying to ruin your time with the guys by putting you on a guilt trip in the hopes that she will make you so miserable each time you want to go do your own thing, that eventually you will just quit doing it.

I'm guessing she feels insecure with you. Why do you think that is? Maybe she doesn't enjoy the hobbies you participate in with your friends. Why don't you ask her what SHE would like to do and surprise her (enthusiastically) with plans to do it? I would love it if my boyfriend arranged for a lake picnic with a pre-rented sailboat! It's passive-aggressive on your wife's part to lash out rather than directly tell you how she feels...but...it's understandable if you are not fulfilling her emotional needs (to spend time with you doing things she enjoys doing with you). The more you try to make her happy, the more she will probably reciprocate.

Have you ever heard the term, "I feel left out"?
How often do you include her in what you want to do?
How often does she go do things with her friends that you are not invited to.
How often do you help around the house?
If any or all of these questions are answered by "not much", you have your answer. Take her golfing with you. Even if she doesn't play she will know you are not ashamed to take her out with your friends.
