Well,I'm Italian and live in a small village in northern Italy.I've been dreaming to live in the USA since I was a child and in particular I feel an attraction for the city of Los Angeles even though I've never been there.There's something that attracts me there.Can you tell me anything about that city?Good and maybe bad things if any.
I would really appreciate your help.

There are good and bad things about LA. Good is that there is a lot to do there. Disneyland, Magic Mountain, Knotts Berry Farm are some theme parks. Not far from beaches if you like to do that kind of thing. Lots of culture like book and record stores, well or cds if you don't want to be notalgic. Hollywood is like right there and a lot of culture and stuff is in Hollywood. Bad stuff. Smog is pretty bad, when you can see what you are breathing it is not good. The traffic is horrible and the drivers think they are the only ones on the road so watch out especially when on the freeeway they cut across all lanes at once to get off the freeway.

Upside - great weather most of the time and lots to do and see from the ocean to the mountains to the desert. Great city for young singles. Downside - smog, traffic, city crime rate, and the possibility of earthquakes.
