i dont think there is a top 20, pretty much countries like cuba, n. korea, iran, libya and somalia hate the free western world and its values.

i will tell you the top most one...
!)...AMERICA (i think today america is the country which is itself following a selfdestructive policy)its government is anti american and anti human ....
so i think that its present president BUSH must be executed for following these policies and betraying the trusts of millions of AMERICAN people)..
