no she wont be able to tell, but my concern would be you need to stop beingaddicted to it as it will cause problems in your sex life. There are many problems that can accour in relationships when men or woman are addicted to masterbation for example: premature ejaculation.

Sooner or later she will. Dr. or no Dr. a woman knows. Later when the excitement of newly wed bliss wears off, and, IF, you go back to masturbation, for obvious reasons,she will think you have another woman on the side. So it's best if you are up front with her from the start. She's a Dr. she may be able to help you over come this habit. Marriage alone may help you! Usually masturbation addiction comes from loneliness. Now you will have a wonderful, warm, understanding woman who can return your love. This is much better than the hand don't you think? Soon you will find masturbation is not necessary. Only when you are in the mood and she has a headache.

You are already making your first mistake in a new relationship...lack of integrity. If you are not mature enough to discuss your lifestyle, habits, skeletons to the person whom you will share your bed with, you are not mature enough to be in a relationship. Relationships require trust, honesty and communication. When you truly love someone, they will understand you and accept you for your faults, unless you're a murderer, of course. Then they will help you when you are seeking to help yourself.
To answer your question...no, she will not be able to tell unless your compulsiveness reveals an extremely red, swollen or sore penis due to excessive use.

Keeping a large secret will make you miserable. Hiding an addiction is a committed relationship is near impossible. I would have an honest discussion with her.

I guess it depends on what you mean by addicted. For one thing, if you're getting laid regularly by your girlfriend, you might not masturbate as much. Most married men masturbate, though.

MY first wife never new. I just went into the bathroom. With the second I just didn't care I told I liked doing it and if she didn't then she could leave. Turns out it was a real turn on for her!!

No, she won't know UNLESS you are not taking care of your "homework", then she may start to wonder.
IF she is a "hot" woman (old timer's definition of hot), she may just whoop you down until you will lose the desire to "self gratify".

just tell her, she might help you. after all she is a doctor. If i was you, I would tell her because is she finds out later she might get mad for not telling her. Girls are funny like that.
