Try using nail polish remover with acetone, with a nail wipe. Just watched it on YouTube. Apparently nail polish remover melts plastic so it will wipe off with ease. Just be careful that you unplug toaster oven first and not to spill nail polish remover on plastic surfaces cause remember nail polish remover melts plastic.
