Yes, I think it is one of the most original shows every produced. Rod Sterling was a genius, and a lot of the episodes still work. My favorite, Burgess Meredith ( The penguin is the Batman TV show) is the last man on earth, survived because he was locked in a time vault. He comes out with "all the time in the world" to fulfill he dream, read all the books. Then he trips, his glasses break, and he is alone and blind. The end Rarely did the episodes end well, but that did not matter.

Yeah I like the Willoughby one it's so creepy. The guy keeps falling asleep on the train and he always wakes up just before he gets off at this gorgeous little town called Willloughby. Anyway in real life he has an annoying boss and a nagging wife and he decides he'll get off at Willoughby and stay there. He does but in reality he's jumped off the train while it was moving and the funeral car comes to get him and the company name is...WILLOUGHBY! Heehee!

That was/is a great series. Rod Sterling was a genius - some of the "sci-fi" things he had in his shows have come true. And, I think that, especially now, the shows being in black & white adds to the eerie-ness of it.

Of course...the New Years marathon is great. They've done it for a few years now.
Good entertainment for those like me who like horror and sci fi anthologies and don't do the partying/ alcohol thing for New Years.

Its one of the best ever series to have come on television...
You watch them now, and realize how many movies/shows have ripped off ideas presented in the Twilight Zone...Rod Serling was a genius!
Some of my favorites:
"Time Enough At Last" ...poor guy!!!
"Talking Tina" ...she scared the crap outta me!
"Beauty in the Eye of the Beholder"...such a play on what beauty is...

Absolutely. I thought it was genius when I was a pre-teen and I love seeing the old episodes again. Also, the series Thriller with Boris Karloff which had one hilariously named episode that scared me sh*tless "The Pidgeons from Hell".

I love it. My favorite is the one where the lady is surrounded by pig-people and they can't believe how ugly she is.
