No not your fault, it is your boy friend, he most likely has a blood pressure problem and needs it to be checked out. The penis uses lots of blood when it get large. The blood is leaving the head area and causing the headache. It does not take a large change to cause this. He really needs to be checked out. Plus there are other things that can cause him to have this problem while having sex so he should be checked by a doctor.

I think if he doesn't get a headache regularly, then this is probably an isolated incident.
If it's something that happens frequently, and if he's standing or in an upright position, sometimes tension from the shoulders or from balancing himself can cause unwanted headaches.
I would have lay down or sit down -- maybe he just need to relax and enjoy the experience, especially if you haven't been with for very long, he may be nervous.
Either way, it's not you fault. You're both going to have to find what works for you.

Probably a circulation problem, does it happen during sex too? He could be holding his breath. If he does drugs this is not uncommon. Or he could just be lying if he doesn't like your technique.

I don't know for sure, but I went through a period like that around Christmas a few years ago. After many tests and doctors visits, they told me it was a reaction to eating too much chocolate.
It was really annoying because it started just as I was cumming, and lasted for at least 6 hours. If it hadn't have stopped I would have given up sex altogether.

One of the causes for headaches is intense excitement. There is a type of headache called postcoital headache which is a headache after sex and orgasm. Your new boyfriend may be one of the people who have this condition. It is not your fault.
