When I go through bad times the song that really cheers me up is Bob Marley's "Three Little Birds". I don't listen to a lot of reggae but that song is soothing and the lyrics always make me feel better and motivate me to stop worrying and stressing and get on with my life.

Mongo Jerry: In the Summertime. I love that song, and the fact that it's brought out of hibernation each spring to hail the return of summer might be the reason it always hypes me up.
