how should a magicians assistant be dressed?

Here it is from the horse's... er magician's mouth. Assistants should be dressed appropriately for the act and the audience in which they are appearing. An adult Vegas show and an assembly for school kids and their parents are going to require different costuming.

It doesn't matter as long as you don't outshine the magicians apparel. Whether the magician be male or female, he/she must stand out be the most prominent person on stage.. the next thing to stand out his the things the magician holds up and shows. An assistant must dress down.. not be flamboyant or anything like that. In other words dress as dull as you can! Ask The magician's advise on how an assistant should be dressed!

In a costume that does not restrict movement (for some of the contortion movements) and is flashy, for the purpose of distraction from the magician. That is what magic is all about, smoke; mirrors; and hot babes in skimpy clothing.

Should be dressed in as little as humanly possible...the men will gawk at her, the women will fantasize about her life...and the magician can complete the trick and be the star!

In a nutshell you want them dressed sexily as this is a distraction technique, as it's normally blokes who are mechanically minded and the more curious!
