Hanging Saddam had nothing to do with making the world a better place. Those who were behind it have other personal agenda than caring about the rest of the world. Otherwise, something would be done for people being killed in Darfur everyday, something would have been done for people massacred in Rwanda, etc., and so many other atrocities which the powerful nations watched without reacting... Hanging Saddam was just a whim or a caprice which Bush father and sons wanted to satisfy. Why were there double standards in the way Saddam was treated? even if he had committed terrible and unjust crimes, why was he not given an international trial in front of an international court of law? Pinochet just died "peacefully" aged 93 and had never faced the court, yet he was a fierce dictator who accessed power with the help of the US government. Iraq invasion, war on terrorism, all of this is just dirty American business, motivated by one and only one reason: OIL.

This is a religious war that the bible talks about between Christians and Musilm which is going to lead us to the end of the world.

As a christian, I am not happy, nor sad, neither surprised with anything happening with the american gourvernment and I don't blame Bush for doing any of the things he does because it's just the fulfilment of the scripture.

No one could and can stop him and only God can when the power will be handed to the Scorpion who are the Asians. (according to the bible)

Imagine the majority of american did not want Bush anymore but still they voted him you know why; this is the fulfilment of the scripture.

Don't bother about all these wars, they'll finish until God says so.

Thanx!

For the Iraqis who lived in fear that Saddam would somehow rise to power once more, it is a much better place.

I don't know about the world, but Iraq is definitely a better place without him. The world don't have a clue on how evil this man was.

It doesn't...but neither does Capital Punishment in the USA. He was tried and found guilty of war crimes - and he received the punishment dealt him. It might not make for a "better place", but it removes one psychotic dictator from destroying another country.

We can make the world a better place by hanging G.W. Bush, Tony Blair and other corrupt politicians.
