dressy because people wear jeans everyday and you want to look good when celebrating the new year! C'mon it is New Years when starting off a whole different year!

Hey!, it all depends on the party. But if you match your nice, clean, dark jeans with a dressy Long sleeved shirt left out side not tucked in and nice shoes you will look very nice and put together. Besides I think that look is nice no matter where you go + it's sexy!
