I have the pollenex dual system and i am not satisfied. When both heads are on there is ZERO pressure (can barely rinse off soap).
I want a massaging showerhead with a wide face.

Try Brita. They make a nice selection. Or try a jet low flow head. Different companies make them. They use the venturi effect by mixing some air with the water to get a stronger mist on less pressure. Unfortunately most (if not all) massaging heads require more pressure and don't work well with lower pressure.

Many times the flow restricter can be easily removed. Remove it and look where it connects. Not what you're supposed to do; but I don't understand why they would even make large low-flow showerheads.
Personally, I always liked the basic Waterpik Showermassage pattern with the massage jets turned off.
