gta vice city tough enough?

i'm stuck at gta vice city's dildo dodo stage which starts from the film studio. the sea plane does not leaves water level even after using flying cars cheat "comeflwithme". can anybody help?

Make sure num lock is on.
Press 6 on the numpad as soon as you're at a fast enough speed . As soon as you're up, hold down right to turn through 180 degrees (Watch the buildings). Bank slowly using left so you're over the dirt track. Press and hold 9 on the numpad to dive so you hit the checkpoint. Come back up again and get to a height so you can fly over the small buildings. Line up for the end checkpoint, and you may need to get the plane so the wings are vertical, so watch out.(Use left or right). If you do miss it, you can fly around and try again, but try your best to get it right first time.) You next fly into Little Haiti, and the checkpoint is very low down, so watch the buildings. I believe the end checkpoint is over the airport terminal, so as soon as you hit it (Assuming you're heading from the north) press num6 to pull up and avoid the terminal. Bank left and head to vice port. The cranes can be lethal here, so ensure you can see them and get out of the way in time. Get the checkpoint, and bank left to swing around north. The next checkpoint is the hardest in the mission, so watch out. If you get it from the south you will almost certainly hit the skyscraper behind it, or avoid it and then hit into a tree on the dual carriageway. So, i advise swinging around in a circle at the right moment, so you hit it from the east/west. (To give you space to manoeuvre.) The end checkpoint for this is downtown, so you feel like heading up the dual carriageway. However, i advise flying over Little Haiti, and then flying right to hit the checkpoint, to avoid all the trees on the dual carriageway

The dodo plane is extremely slow so it takes a long time to get up off the water.

Just keep accelerating and holding down, and it should lift off after a little while. Once you're in the air it's a lot easier.

hahaha...........another one who fed up with how to make the sea plane flying to the skyyyyyyyyyy........cheaters is a loser, cheaters never win.....ok,there you go...speed up the sea plane,press & hold......button(<<---i had forgotten the button) after you feel the speed of plane is enough to reach into the air(usually before the plane arrive at the mini island), i think the button is between I,O,P,J,K,L (it doesn't include in game controller options), i dont remember clearly...find them by yourself,...GOOD LUCK

also I' ve Vice City but like you I can't exceed Dodo del Dildo....
and I can't exceed also destroying...
