Carolina, Atlanta, and St. Louis were all eliminated last night.
Green Bay needs to win and have eight other games go the right way for them to get in, otherwise the Giants get the last spot (they need Arizona, Detroit, Miami, Minnesota, and San Francisco to win, while Carolina, Houston, and Tampa Bay lose).
In the AFC, all four of those teams could win and none of them make the playoffs. Only if Denver and/or the Jets lose will any of them get in.
Cincinnati can get in if they win and the Jets lose, or if they win, Denver loses, and KC wins.
Tennessee needs to win, have Cincinnati not win, Denver to lose, and KC to win to get in.
Jacksonville needs to win, have the Jets lose, and have Cincinnati and Tennessee not win to get in.
KC needs to win, have Denver lose, and both Cincinnati and Tennessee not to win to get in.
To complete it, Denver gets in with a win or a tie or a KC loss or tie. The Jets get in if they don't lose, Cincinnati and Jacksonville don't both win, Cincinnati doesn't win and Tennessee does, or if Denver and Jacksonville both lose.

Cincinnati would get in with:
1. N.Y. Jets loss OR
2. Denver loss
Greenbay would be in if:
Arizona, Detroit, Miami, Minnesota and San Francisco all win and Carolina, Houston and Tampa Bay all lose.
otherwise the Giants get the Wildcard, so most likley it's the Giants

The Giants have a history of folding down the stretch, yet they have a 2 interest lead over all the communities different than the lions, so I say they get one in each and every of the two ultimate spots. The Lions have a ultimate schedule it is brutal, so i do no longer think of they gets it. Of all the communities i think of The Saints have the main expertise alongside with the least confusing ultimate schedule and that i think of they are going to win 4 of there next 5 to make the playoffs.

I was looking at the NFL web page and the answer to your question is there. But I was impressed at the length of things that some teams have to have happen today to get the wild card. Look at the short list. No one expects a list of fifteen things to come true. The reality is that they all have a chance and it is going to be slim for some.

In the NFC its the Giants and either Dallas or Philadelphia. I am guessing that Cinci and Jacksonville would get it in the AFC

Three or More Clubs
NOTE: If two clubs remain tied after third or other clubs are eliminated, tie breaker reverts to step 1 of applicable two-club format.
1. Apply division tie breaker to eliminate all but the highest ranked club in each division prior to proceeding to step 2. The original seeding within a division upon application of the division tie breaker remains the same for all subsequent applications of the procedure that are necessary to identify the two Wild-Card participants.
2. Head-to-head sweep. (Applicable only if one club has defeated each of the others or if one club has lost to each of the others.)
3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
4. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games, minimum of four.
5. Strength of victory.
6. Strength of schedule.
7. Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed.
8. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed.
9. Best net points in conference games.
10. Best net points in all games.
11. Best net touchdowns in all games.
12. Coin toss.
When the first Wild-Card team has been identified, the procedure is repeated to name the second Wild-Card, i.e., eliminate all but the highest-ranked club in each division prior to proceeding to step 2. In situations where three or more teams from the same division are involved in the procedure, the original seeding of the teams remains the same for subsequent applications of the tie breaker if the top-ranked team in that division qualifies for a Wild-Card berth.
