no but even if you have had sex a doctor can never tell for sure because the thin flap of skin that they check(the hymen) can be broken by a tampon

There is no way that a doctor would know that you are having sex unless you told him or her, you were pregnant, or had a sexually transmitted disease. Checking for a hymen is not an accurate test of virginity because many girls lose their hymen before becoming sexually active due to non-sexual activites such as using a tampon or riding a bike. There are even some girls who are born without a hymen, believe it or not.

My Mother did the same thing and I was still a virgin . The Dr doesn't have to follow the confidentiality laws because you are a minor and she is paying the bill. If you go to plan parenthood they can not say anything to parents.
The way I see it , she cares and wants to know what is going on with you because you are not open with her . Try talking to your Mother about the way you feel and what's going on with you.

No doctor will do this, it is illegal and unethical. Also a doctor can not divulge any sexual matters discussed, birth control prescribed etc. without your consent. Federal HIPPA laws apply.

ok i have not but my dad once said when i was 10 he was going to but a docter can't really tell because they cant tell that a boy can they also cant tell if a a girl can because if they have worn just one tampon it rips.

no, but you can't tell that way. i've ripped my hymen and that was when i fell off my bike when i was 7. it's not just during sexual intercourse your hymen breaks.
