Yea...kids I tell ya. Snake the line or if you have metal drain pipes take this stuff called muratic acid, dump it down the toilet and it will eat the soap away in no time. Only if your sure you have metal drain pipes, though. Cause if you have plastic, it will eat the plastic away as well. But if you have access to a snake, the snake will grind up the soap enough to hopefully send it the rest of the way down the drain. Or if all else, it will eventually disolve.

Pour warm water in the toilet, and keep doing so periodically, the soap will soften up and dislodge its self. You can start with boiling water, but pour it in slowly and don't pour it on the toilet surfaces, pour it into the existing water. This will prevent the toilet from cracking due to temp. change.

I'd try turning off the supply line and pouring some boling water down it. The soap should soften and free itself.

The soap will eventually dissolve. I'd try an unfolded coat hanger or a "snake" to get it out.
