Like Derek said, Yahoo is not your internet service provider...They are just a website you go visit when you log on.
What you need to do is contact whoever you (or your parents) pay for the internet service to find out how you can log on from another location and IF they have access from California.
For example, if you are with AOL America, they should have either toll-free numbers or local dial-up numbers in the California area. On the other hand if you are signed up with some place like New York Bell Telephone, they may not service you from the California area unless (as mentioned) they have a toll-free number you can dial up to reach them.
If there are no services available for you in the California area, you can always look in the phone book when you are in California and find a local Internet Cafe that you can then use to log on to Yahoo and other sites. Also, if you are staying in a hotel while you are there, many of them offer free wireless internet service to their guests.

You can go to a library and use their computers. Or buy an ISP service for a land line such as CompuServe, aol (aol is free but only for email, not for the web) - so nothing really free. Compuserve costs me $9.95 per month for 20 hours free for when I am away. Or you can get a Verizon phone plan and use their Quick Connect for free on your free minutes. Only need the software and cable which is a $40 one time charge.

A web-site never has dial-up access phone numbers. If Yahoo is your ISP, and if you are paying them for service, call them and they will give you their phone numbers (and you would HAVE to have a valid username ID and password combination to get internet from them anyway). But to answer your question, you can't because a website doesn't have dialup numbers, only internet service providers which you pay to provide the entire internet to you.

Yahoo! doesn't offer free internet.
But Netzero still does. Download their software and setup a free account before you leave for California so you'll have it.
