from hunting experience and landscaping for 25 years, i know deer do not like; Korean box wood, viburnum, barberry,holly's.

No roses are not deer resistant my husband hunts.The roses are their food of choice.Because they feed on thorns.
If you have a local nursery that knows about plants they too can tell you.
You can also find some nursery's online that sell flowers etc. will tell you which ones they will not eat.

Purple Coneflower, Orange Coneflower. They don't both my daylilies much although I hear others complain. Bugleweed. Hydrangea.

Any plant or weed that you do not want in your garden. If you plant it they will eat it.
