It was in the episode when they were interns at a funeral place and accidentally knocked over an urn with someone's ashes. I was horrified when they vacuumed it up. My friend says it wasn't real ashes but I'm not sure.

I really believe it happened. Nichol Ritchey is completely oblivious to anything around her but for her own sense of fun. If you really watch that show it is Always Nichol that is getting them into trouble. Daddy can afford to keep bailing the little biach out of trouble, she does't even appreciate that he adopted her....She is as worthless a human being as ever walked the face of the earth.
