I think it is easier to correc these for you. Paul and me , Jacob and I Sylvia and him. 4th is fine. When you do sentences like these, leave the first noun out and say the sentence, does it make sense. Like, Please give I your undivided attention. Me are going to set a meeting date. Carol told he the good news.

Rule of thumb for pronouns... if you remove the proper noun, does the sentence still make sense....so, the closest to proper usage would be "Send the package to Tanya and him."

Send the package to Tanya and him is the only correct one in my book!

The first 3 are incorrect

Please give Paul and me..... "Paul and me" is the object in the sentence, so you must use "me"

Jacob and 1...... "Jacob and I" are subjects so you must use I

....told Sylvia and him..... Sylvia and him is the subject, so you must use him

This leaves number 4 as correct

l think the sentences should be like this:

Please give us your undivided attention.
Jacob and l are going to set a meeting date.
or We are going to set a meeting date.
Carol told them the good news.
or She told them the good news.
Send the package to them.

Prescriptively (by rules of grammar books) only the last one is correct.

In common usage or grammaticality in linguistics, the second one is also correct. (accussative case is usually the default case in languages, so in coordinate structures, the second element can be in ACC, in this sentence "me"... the same thing happens in French, which is probably where we get this from... "Jacque et moi" is the only grammatical way to say "John and I"/"John and me".... "Jacque et je" is ungrammatical".

The first one is a common structural hypercorrection, or extension of a grammatical form to a place where it doesn't occur. In this case, the extension of nominative case of the 1sg ("I") to the object position, where accusative/dative case is used. (It's dative case since it's the indirect object, but english doesnt distinguish between the two any more)
