Of course not.
Wrestling matches are dangerous period. To add in ladders, you're almost guaranteed to end up getting injured. Joey knew that going into the match and he agreed with it otherwise he wouldn't have been there in the first place.

the hardys were in THE match,and so was mercury
the match was a ladder match!!!its extreme
watever happend to mercury isnt the hardys problem
i feel bad for mercury, but i mean, IT WAS A MATCH!!!
AND MERCURY DESERVED EVERYTHING,HE WAS SO GOD DAMN BRATZY B4 ANYWAY
and everyone knows that in a ladder match and there is no disqualifications etc.;then its obvious that someone is gonna get hurt,right?!nothing should be done to the hardys,the shouldnt even deserve any pain!!!
but now i rest my case,and i have made my point as well

Joey Mercury was in an extreme match and will most likely be hurt in the match. So what happen was not ment to happen so in the ladder match he lost 50% f his vision in his left eye and got stitches in and out of his nose. so no he was in an extreme match and got hurt.

no, there r dangers that the wrestlers know about each and every time they step into the ring. this wasn't a botched move, just a freak accident.
